Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are only allowed within 24 hours of receiving the shipment (fees may be applied according to shipping rates).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
Return or Exchange is only accepted if item(s) received were damaged, defective, or not the same ordered item.
